In case you missed it, Kasey and I are big fans of Justin Vernon's work under the name Bon Iver. And the other day I noticed that I had a number of covers performed by Bon Iver that don't seem to be shared on any other music blogs, and so rather than to continue hoarding my collection, I wanted to share my collection with our fine readers. The Simple Man and Tampa to Tulsa covers are not sung by Justin...
That is a good point. The lead vocals on both tracks aren't by Justin Vernon, but he plays guitars and sings harmonies on the tracks (his harmonies on the chorus of "Tampa to Tulsa" are especially beautiful).
