Volume 2 of the rarities project is complete, and to be honest it doesn't look at all the way I originally envisioned it would look before I started working onit. As I mentioned in the post for Volume 1, I had thought for sure I would use some of the tracks from Thom's solo performance at the Bridge School Benefit as well as some tracks from the KROQ session back in approx. 1995 where the band played the two "sexiest" songs (their word - not mine) ever written (i.e. a cover of Carly Simon's "Nobody Does It Better" and the Radiohead original "Creep"). Instead, I think I'll just post those performances in their entirety at some point down the road (especially if there is expressed interest in those recordings). I did make sure to include a few songs requested in the previous comments section including "Nice Dream," "No Surprises," and I posted the Pawel Osmolski recording of Big Ideas (Don't Get Any)(a.k.a. "Nude").And, as it turns out this was a great time to be working on this project. Just 2 days ago Radiohead's frontman, Thom Yorke, performed a solo gig at the Latitude Festival and debuted a new song as well as a pretty awesome version of his solo cut "Black Swan" featuring looped instrumentation. I considered adding them to the mix, but since I had pretty much settled on my track order, I just listed them at the bottom of the post as "bonus tracks" (whatever that means). The recordings I posted are higher quality than the ones featured yesterday on Pitchfork and Stereogum and just debuted mere hours ago (thanks go to atease member Nanakey for these recordings). Enjoy!

Awesome group of tracks. Thanks!
most excellent. thank you!
Wow, nice Radiohead/Beatles mashup! Never heard it before. The songs go quite well together.
You've done it once again - thank you, I've been looking for some of these tracks for ages. Don't suppose you've got the early version of No Surprises, called No Surprises Please, with the alternative lyrics? Can't find it anywhere!
Thanks folks! I'm glad you have enjoyed the post.
I'm pretty sure I have a copy of the No Surprises with alternate lyrics somewhere. I'll look through my old Radiohead CDs and see what I can find. If I find it, I'll post it here in the comments section.
thanks for the latitude songs...hoping to get my hands on the setlist with a crisp sound like the ones you were able to find/record.
Wow, what a gift, thank you. Great music.
Thank you! Such a great selection of songs.
No joy with 'No Surprises Please' then?
Apologies, I had meant to post this sooner, I added the link the early version of "No Surprises" titled "No Surprises Please."
As a huge Radiohead fan I can't express to what degree you've made my day. Thanks so much for all of this.
You sir, are my hero. Thanks so much.
Most definitely this is an awesome collection. I don't suppose you have any early versions of Motion Picture Soundtrack, Karma Police, Nude, or Kid A? They would be fantastic. I think I like the Videotape early version better than the released version :p
fucking great.
what are those "final mixes" of Follow Me and Big Ideas??
Fan Made?
Follow Me especially is awesome.

Yeah, the final mixes were put together by a fan who took Thom Yorke solo versions of the tracks and performed all of the rest of the instruments himself. Pretty awesome.
